We were looking for a consolidation activity for our students at the kibbutzim seminar. The activity of KOH - social fitness was exactly what we wanted! The students experienced a formative and challenging experience socially and mentally and above all they had a lot of fun! Highly recommend!

In the KOH program, our mechanists face challenges of the individual-group, the individual learns to get out of himself for the benefit of the group and the group realizes that it needs its details in order to succeed. Throughout the three years that we have been working with the KOH program, we experience this program as a very significant tool for getting closer Among the mechanics, building a strong and cohesive group with a sense of group ability to overcome the challenges facing them. The mechinists go through this process of formation and coming together through movement, experience and processing of the things that have passed together, learn to accept group and personal reflection and grow from it. I believe that the KOH program can contribute and strengthen any group, whether it is preparing a KDC, a class at school or a team working together in a hi-tech office. highly recommend!
It's not easy to excite students these days and you did it big time️ The stations were incredibly smart that required cooperation between the students and it definitely worked! The guides were welcoming and enlightening and everything "ticked" like clockwork. Your energies were great and it radiated to the students and the staff. It's fun and gratifying to meet people with a sparkle in their eyes who know their job. Yishai and the whole team, thank you for a wonderful formation day under your leadership for the 10th grade students at the school. See you next year
And wow Yishai, it was just a great activity hahaha!! I've been in many circles of activities of this type. You broke records!! You conveyed it in such a precise, correct and adapted way for the students. You reduced their spirit and energy with the heavy heat! It was just amazing!!!! I'll save it for future times.
The activities combined an empowerment activity and thinking through the body and processing the process and drawing conclusions about our own lives. Beyond venting the students from the crowded study routine in the classroom, the children had an hour of going outside, but also a departure from what is familiar to them on a daily basis. From meeting to meeting they cooperated more, shared more in processing, allowed themselves to open up more and enjoy the experience itself. The meetings were so significant that at the beginning of this year some asked if the program would be held again this year. I think that says it all. Yesterday, Yishai Diner, instructor of the group formation workshop, came to us. Was perfect and professional! It was challenging, interesting and thought-provoking for the campers. This is a workshop that challenged the group both socially, intellectually and mentally. Immediately after the first meeting we knew we would like to hold the program again. The campers mainly enjoyed themselves very much, so we thought it was also a good way to start the year with a workshop of the KU, because it makes the campers talk, chatter and bond, trust each other, feel their strengths and that of the group, which is a very significant thing! Unfortunately, because of the distance We don't do this every week.
We, students of the Zufar Preparatory School, went through a group activity whose goal was to improve our interpersonal dynamics. The activity was delivered in a clear and interesting way, while paying attention to all the group members and integrating them into the different parts. We really enjoyed the frantic nature of the activity, the great interest in it and its uniqueness and difference. Another thing that stood out positively during the activity was Yishai the instructor who was attentive and alert to the needs of the group while sticking to the proper course of the lesson and maintaining order and correct time management. We really enjoyed the pleasant and light atmosphere he created for us and his warm attitude. We, as a group, feel that the activity was delivered accurately and achieved its goal. It was significant and very relevant for us (certainly at this early stage of the year), it helped in the formation and unification of the group and we are happy for the privilege to go through it.
רציתי לקחת רגע ולכתוב לך כמה מילים של תודה והוקרה על הסדנה המיוחדת שהעברת לנו במכינה בחודש ינואר. הסדנה שלך הייתה לא רק מעניינת וזורמת, אלא בעיקר משמעותית עבורנו כקבוצה. הכמה שעות שהעברנו איתך הפכו מהר מאוד להרבה יותר מסתם “פעילות גיבוש” – בזכותך הצלחנו לגעת בדברים עמוקים יותר: בשיתוף פעולה אמיתי, ביכולת לראות אחד את השנייה, ובהזמנה כנה לחיבור בין אנשים. הובלת אותנו ברגישות ובנינוחות שאיפשרה לכולנו להיפתח, להקשיב, ולשים לב למה שקורה גם מתחת לפני השטח. בזכות הסדנה הרגשנו קפיצה משמעותית בחיבור הקבוצתי שלנו – דברים שהרגישו לפני כן קצת מרוחקים, הפכו פתאום לקרובים, מוכרים, ואישיים הרבה יותר. אני בטוחה שכל אחד ואחת מאיתנו לקחו איתם משהו מהסדנה – גם באופן אישי וגם כחלק מקבוצה. תודה על האופן שבו הנכחת ערכים של הקשבה, אמפתיה, הכלה, ועבודת צוות. זה לא מובן מאליו, וזה השאיר חותם אמיתי. מקווה שעוד רבים יזכו לעבור איתך תהליך דומה, בהמון תודה והערכה, דנה ספיר- מכינת עין יהב
The wonderful Yishai Diner conducts crazy workshops for our campers. The connection between Yishai's captivating personality and physical movement and the group does its work. The trainees leave again and again with an amazing feeling and ask to meet Yeshi again and again. I highly recommend Yishai and the workshops he conducts.
I wanted to share my personal experience as a middle school class teacher. Last week, we participated in a sports training activity held at our school by the instructors of KOH. The activity was experiential and solidifying. The excellent organization and the attentive, patient and nice instructors contributed to an amazing positive experience. The students from my class cooperated in a wonderful way and enjoyed every moment. One of the best activities for me️
We were looking for something that would suit our son celebrating Bar Mitzvah and also his lively friends. So we organized a morning of prayer and tefillin and then we invited the legendary Yishai Diner to do odt for us. Listen, it was amazing, so much fun and so educational and gives the company a team and connection and communication workshop. Yishai did it with grace and confidence that kept them focused and happy and most importantly connected to each other. highly recommend!
